Coming in to Enid from the north on U.S. Highway 81/60 (Van Buren St.), come south across the overpass by the grain elevators and take the first left (east) at the foot of the overpass onto Walnut. Go 7 blocks to Washington, turn left (north) and we're a block and a half up on the left side of the street.
Entering Enid from the south on U.S. Highway 81 (Van Buren St.), drive to Walnut and turn right, then follow the directions listed above.
Arriving in Enid from the east via U.S. Highway 412 (Owen K. Garriott Rd.), go to Washington (Braum's on northwest corner of intersection) and turn right . Drive north to the Museum (approx. one mile distance).
Driving into Enid from the west on U.S. Highway 412 (Owen K. Garriott Rd.), turn left at Washington, then go north to Museum.

Conductor 'Watermelon' Campbell will take you through history at the museum historic train depot of two large buildings, train yard, multiple cabooses and box cars, plus the Wanda Lee Dining car (circa 1924-with it's own unique history). You will be amazed at the beautiful china (most complete collection around),
RR signs, maps, stamps, postcards, posters, punch tickets, lanterns, functioning telegraph system, and lots more! If it has to do with railroad history....Watermelon has it on display! AND, can tell you all about it too!!
